Teen sells manly scented candlesBacon, fresh cut grass, the smell of the fresh leather of a new baseball glove -- an Ohio teen thinks these are manly scents and he's started a business that produces candles with these distinctive aromas. On his ManCans website, Hart Main, 13, of Marysville, Ohio, says he started the business with $100 he earned delivering newspapers, umpiring local baseball league games and handing out flyers for a cellphone store.

"I created ManCans when my sister was selling candles for school and I realized how much I hated those girly scents," he says in a YouTube video about his business. While some stores in Ohio sell the candles, Main also mails them out, producing them to order, which "keeps the scents fresh.

The candles - which also include scents such as a pipe, sawdust, auto garage, and New York style pizza - are $5 each and come in recycled soup cans and the brown wrapper is made of recycled paper.

Business has picked up dramatically since his venture was first reported on CNN and NBC. In 24 hours, Main had more than 400 orders. "I have been swamped with orders since my story has gone national. Please be patient, these are still made in my kitchen, and I still have to go to school during the day," he wrote on the website, followed by a frowning face.

Fans of the ManCans have taken to the Facebook fan page to congratulate the teen on his business and offer up a few ideas. "WD-40, diesel fuel, hot dogs, racing fuel, antifreeze," one man wrote. "I'm totally sending an order your way," a woman wrote. "You should make a 'rifle range' scented candle."Main isn't only interested in candles. On his website, he says he also enjoys running and swimming.
